Brief activity description for Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Grand Rounds: This session will focus on the latest advancements and clinical practices in otolaryngology, featuring presentations and case discussions aimed at enhancing knowledge and skills in the management of otolaryngology/head and neck disorders. Presenters will engage in interactive discussions to foster a deeper understanding of current challenges and innovative solutions in the field. It will also consist of educational activities which serve to maintain, develop, or increase the knowledge, skills and professional performance of our faculty, fellows, residents, students, and other learners and practitioners.

1. Participants will be able to analyze the latest advancements in diagnosis and management of common and complex otolaryngological conditions, including head and neck cancers, sinus disorders, and hearing loss.
2. Attendees will be able to identify and interpret various diagnostic tools and imaging techniques used in otolaryngology practice, honing their ability to make accurate clinical decisions.
3. Participants will be able to assess case presentations that emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary teamwork in the management of patients with complex medical, surgical, and rehabilitative needs in otolaryngology.
4. Attendees will be able to critically appraise recent research studies and clinical trials in otolaryngology, integrating evidence-based findings into their clinical practice to improve patient outcomes.
5. Participants will be up to date on all technical advancements for example otologic regarding cochlear implants, hearing aids, auditory brainstem implants.
6. Participants will be able to appraise Artificial Intelligence (AI) in ENT and use of new AI technology.
