How do I log in to the UM CME Portal? 

  • Click on the Sign-In option in the navigation bar
  • UM employees sign in with your SSO account
  • Non-UM employees sign in with your email and password 

New Users: 

If you do not have an account with us or if you have never received credits from UM CME, click on Create New Account to create a new user account in our system. 

IMPORTANT: Creating a new user profile with a new email is highly discouraged if you have attended any of our events in the past. This action will most likely create a duplicate profile in the system and will NOT show your previously claimed credit history on your transcript.  

How to Check in for CME Activities?

Via web browser:

  • Visit https://miami.cloud-cme.com/
  • Click Sign-in
  • Once signed-in, click on the green My CME button and select Claim credit
  • Enter the Activity ID
  • You may download and/or print your certificate

Via mobile app:  In your browser, search CloudCME® mobile app and download the app to your Apple or Android device(s) in order to access the Check-in menu and scan a QR code. This app also features mobile access to your transcripts, access to the calendar of events and many other exciting features! 

How to access your Transcript

  • Visit https://miami.cloud-cme.com/
  • Click Sign-in
  • Once signed-in, click on the green My CME button and select Transcript 
  • Adjust the dates to access the credits you require
  • You may download and/or print your transcript 

ABIM MOC Credits

Reporting of ABIM MOC credits to the ACPE does not happen instantly. ABIM MOC credits may take several months to report pending the completion of all required documents (Post-test and/or evaluation).

UM Cane ID Help 

If you are an UM employee and are having issues logging in with your UM Cane ID and password, please contact the University of Miami Information Technology Help and Support for assistance at 305-243-5999.

Locked out of the UM CME Portal:  

After a certain number of failed attempts to login, your account will be locked.  To unlock your account, please contact us to have a UM CME team member unlock your account.

Incomplete Credits?

Don’t see all your course/credits listed under your profile?  Double check the following:

  • Is your email address incorrect in your profile and/or are you unable to update it? 
  • Please send us an email at [email protected]
  • In the email, please mention all previous emails used to register or claim credit and missing session dates
  • Be sure to check your transcript on regular basis to ensure your credits are recorded in our system
